On the ground the Panthers will come at the Chargers with DeAngelo Williams and Jonathon Stewart. Through the air Muhsin Muhammad and D.J. Hackett are very capable receivers. The Panthers played well when Jake Delhomme in the lineup. Carolina competes and keeps it close. Tease Carolina 7 points to +16 1/2.
